Shipping Policies

Order Processing

You can expect your order to be processed within approximately 1–2 business days, provided the items are in stock and there are no issues with the payment verification.

FTR Systems does NOT guarantee same day shipping. All orders are processed on a first-come-first-serve basis. Orders are not processed on weekends and holidays.

Carriers

Most shipments go via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail depending on the item. FTR Systems determines the best method available based on the item and customer location. FTR Systems does not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or destinations based in Alaska, Hawaii or the U.S. Territories.

If you prefer expedited shipping options, please let us know immediately so we can provide you with options and additional cost information. All expedited shipments ship UPS.

Estimated shipping times for UPS Ground service is anywhere from 1–6 businesses days depending on your location in the contiguous United States. Shipping cutoff is 3:00 p.m. PST, Monday through Friday. The map below gives estimated times for ground delivery based on location.

Note: This map indicates shipping time once the item has left our warehouse and does not include processing time. All ground shipments are not guaranteed in terms of delivery time. The map provided is based on UPS estimates from our shipping location.

Our Free Shipping Promotion

Orders of $500 and above are eligible for free shipping. Free shipping is not available in the following cases and will incur shipping charges:

  • Shipments to Canada;
  • Closeout and/or used items; and
  • Oversized or multiple shipments.

Note: charges are subject to change at the discretion of FTR Systems.

Tracking

Tracking numbers are provided by email to the customer on the day the item ships. You can track a shipped item through the UPS or USPS website using the tracking number provided by FTR Systems.

Shipments to Canada via USPS will show tracking information up to the Canadian border, after which Canada Post takes over and tracking information may not be available.

Damaged Packages

In the event that an item arrives damaged during transit, call FTR Systems immediately at (702) 982-6598. Keep all packaging materials and the original shipping carton. FTR Systems will advise you of the procedure needed to be followed. DO NOT return item until instructed to do so.
